We are currently seeking an Utility Engineering Manager (m/f/d) to join our “Innoplant” department at our Bad Kreuznach site.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leadership of the department Utility Engineering
• Intensive customer consulting and design of utility systems for turnkey projects in the beverage industry, worldwide
• Development and planning of holistic, sustainable energy concepts for turnkey projects in the beverage industry
• Quotation preparation and project execution for utility systems in the beverage industry
• Supplier relationship management for all utility systems as well as energy and environmental topics
• Customer relationship management and new customer acquisition in cooperation with the KHS Sales Team
• Support in the implementation of sales strategies
• Development of team expertise in consulting and engineering for utility system plants
• Creation and maintenance of calculation tools and capacity models for utility systems

Ihr Profil

• Degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• A motivational leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office/MS Project); SAP knowledge is a plus
• Business-fluent English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is desirable
• Goal-oriented and structured approach to work, efficient time management, and flexibility to adapt to project requirements
• Strong customer focus and willingness to travel internationally
