Your tasks
- Prepare service quotations for after-sales activities in BC Asia.
- Follow up on purchasing orders from customers and invoicing to customers for service engineers’ activities.
- Arrange accommodation and transportation for Service engineers.
- In touch with KHS offices in the region to arrange engineers for after-sales activities.
- Provide a weekly update for the quality message Engineer planning/dispatch in the region.
- Check the engineer’s timesheet.
- Support and follow up for claims after-sales and conversion.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Your qualifications
- Experience 0-3 years, fresh graduate also welcome.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure timeframe.
- Experience working with Microsoft packages.
- Experience working with SAP is a plus.
- Required language: Thai and English, safe communication in speaking and writing. German is a plus.
