Field Service Coordinator (m/f/d) - Benelux

Your Tasks

• Single point of contact for customer for field service for inspections, overhauls, conversions and training requests
• Monitoring & controlling activities of the technicians
• Preparing offer and order confirmation for the service interventions
• Processing of Interco and 3rd party technicians
• Coordination of site requirements with customer (health & safety, security, medical,…)
• Preparation and preliminary clarification of conversion orders and service contracts
• Clarification of outstanding input for conversions
• Analyzing of time sheets against the offer and generating the proforma invoice to adjust purchase order (PO)
• Invoicing against updated PO

Your Qualifications

• Aptitude for customer service and/or business administration, preferably for technical or maintenance businesses
• Experience with field service operations is preferred
• Experience with SAP Hana S4 is preferred
• Dutch and English, German or French are an advantage
• Open and approachable personality
• Team player, assertive and pro-active
• Good communicator
• Detail-oriented, analytical and structured way of working
• High level of independence, flexibility and resilience
• Highly customer oriented
