Finance Manager (m/f/d) - Benelux

Your Tasks

• Managing, leading and monitoring of the finance team (1-2 FTE)
• Booking the entry in accounting software as per cost center
• Submitting ICP and VAT returns and tax returns
• Data processing for general ledger and financial reports
• Execution of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparing/releasing payroll      
• Preparing payments by verifying documentation, remittance preparations.
• Analysing and preparing budgets
• Bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, exchange rate revaluation
• Month end reconciliations      
• Preparation Salzgitter pack (profit & loss and balance sheet)
• Control of the implementation of the global and local pricing strategy
• Compliance officer for KHS Benelux B.V.
• Support with audits
• Monitoring of agreed budgets around revenues and expenditure, and cash management
• Preparation of management reports matching with the system profit & loss and balance sheet    
• Managing and monitoring of the personnel files, the company’s vehicle fleet and all insurance policies and associated claims        
• Delivery of operational plans and budgets for the business at the day-to-day level whilst maintaining focus on new initiatives, market opportunities and liaising with the central finance departments
• Preparing the annual closing and related specifications for the accountant

Your Qualifications

• You have a completed relevant higher college education or higher
• Experience in SAP (S4 Hana)
• Experience in IFRS
• Experience in Risk Management
• Limited willingness to travel 
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in a similar position
• You are fluent in spoken and written in Dutch and English, preferable German and/or French
