Your Tasks

•    Preparing the construction phase and managing the construction site in close cooperation with the service manager

•    Cooperating with internal interfaces such as project management, technology, service managers and scheduling

•    Creating and processing service orders to external companies (tools, containers, industrial trucks, etc.)

•    Supporting the scheduling of service technicians and external fitters

•    Acting as an interface between the Service Managers, the KHS field offices, technicians, design and project management

•    Supporting the clarification of missing parts and complaints/quality reports

•    Corresponding with service technicians and customers regarding planned assignments Description and solution of technically complex problems on site

Your Qualifications 

• Completed technical training or study

•  

  Very good technical understanding

•  

  Knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications

   

• Knowledge of personnel deployment planning is an advantage

   

• Good written and spoken German and English 

   

• Independence, flexibility and resilience

   

• High level of customer focus

   

• Willingness to travel occasionally

   

• Confident, efficient time management and flexible working hours according to project requirements

   

• Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and appropriate manners target-oriented and independent work
